INGREDIENTS
WAFFLE MIXTURE
25 g BLUELAB 100% Whey Banana flavour
25 g Coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
KETO Sweetener
85 ml water
1 Egg
1 tbsp vanilla essence
TOPPINGS
10 g BLUELAB 100% Whey
150 g Greek yogurt
Crushed nuts
1 Banana
Blueberries
METHOD
- Place dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Add water and vanilla essence.
- Add the egg into the mixture and blend with a whisk.
- Bake in a waffle maker.
- Finish off with toppings.
